But I Make A Pretty Decent Burger On The Grill Out Back Myself
-
Here's Travel and Leisure Magazine's Best Burger Cities in America, which places Providence at the top. Philly's second, and there are some good burgers there (although a lot of the new ones are a little trendy for my taste), but I would argue - not as a homer, but objectively - that L.A. might be on top, both because you can get the best of the chains (we have locals like In-N-Out and FatBurger AND the best national one, Five Guys, AND the best of the more upscale chains, The Counter, started here) but also some unique variations that foodies love (Father's Office, Umami Burger). But they didn't ask me. (Travel and Leisure)
