You Can Wait A Few Weeks. They Could Have Waited Until Daylight

Is it the time now to criticize the parents who took their babies to the midnight movie in Aurora? This post says no, that it's insensitive and that parents often take their babies to movies because, well, the kids will sleep through it (like ANYONE can sleep through that movie) and it's cheaper than paying for a baby sitter. But here's the question: If you MUST go to a midnight movie, why SHOULDN'T you pay for a baby sitter? And if you can't get a sitter, who says you should go to the movie? What's more important, the movie or your children? Isn't that being selfish, whether we're talking Aurora or not? (The Stir/CafeMom.com; Thanks to Jeff Katz at WXKS (Talk 1200)/Boston for the link)
