A driver has been jailed for a case of road rage we haven't seen before: He allegedly tried to run down a pedestrian because the walker was wearing a plaid jacket. The accused stormed out of his house in a domestic dispute and that led to this. Granted, plaid is a bit much, but if you're going to run down everyone wearing plaid, it's good you're not in Portland, where you'd have to run down everyone, period. (San Francisco Chronicle)
