That's An Expensive Way To Say 'Go To A Gas Station Or Something'
-
Morristown, NJ has established a minimum fine for peeing or pooping in public: $500. Apparently, they have a problem with that. There are a lot of bars in downtown Morristown, so they get a lot of people using the streets as a toilet. Shouldn't pooping be more expensive? At least pee evaporates, eventually. Poop sticks around longer, and nobody wants to clean that up. (Newark Star-Ledger; Thanks to Ray Rossi at WKXW (New Jersey 101.5)/Trenton for the link)
