And I Thought An Hour's Drive Each Way To Burbank Was Tough
-
Here's another article about extreme commuters, like a woman who lives in Chicago and works in New York, spending weekdays in a hotel or sublet and weekends with the family. It's all about the economy and working wherever you can. Or it's a desire not to uproot the family. Or you can't sell your home. I still don't get why telecommuting isn't more common -- I've done it for over a decade and it's a great arrangement, aiding productivity and saving fuel -- but you do what you gotta do. (USA Today)
