You Can't Take It With You OR Leave It Behind
-
You die, and your heirs get your books and CDs. But what if your books and music are digital? Who gets them? Turns out, nobody; you don't outright own the digital copies under the fine print, and if they're, say, in the cloud, it's questionable whether your heirs can legally inherit them. That sucks. Now, if you were to save non-copy-protected copies on a physical hard drive or thumb drive, hypothetically speaking.... (Smart Money)
