It was put in the cooler, and then more came in and got stacked in front and soon enough everyone forgot about the massive block of cheddar, and that's how the thing got left to inadvertently age for 40 years. Now, having been discovered in the back of the cooler at a cheese shop in Madison, WI, it'll be sold off. Yes, you want to try some. Move fast, there's a limited supply. (Wisconsin State Journal)
