At Least SOMEone Thinks Better Days Are Ahead

The latest twist in the housing market is that foreclosed homes are being snapped up by companies formed by investors who then turn around and rent the places to the residents or leave them vacant, gambling on an upturn in the market. This means competition for homes that could temporarily drive up housing prices, and lots of homes sitting vacant, which they were already. Is this a good investment at this time?
