Researchers -- whoever these are -- say that using an iPad or other back-lit tablet before sleeping can cause a bad night's sleep. The problem is the light mimicking daytime or something like that. I dunno, I sometimes use the iPad before switching off the light and I get, what, five, six hours of sleep... wait, that's enough, isn't it? No? Aw, crap. (Daily Telegraph)
