How much of a gambler are you? Allegiant Airlines might be testing that out -- the low-price, everything-costs-extra carrier plans to offer you a choice of locking in your fare when you buy your ticket, or buying a variable-rate ticket that could go up or down after you book, depending on fuel costs. If it goes up, you pay more. If it goes down, you pay less. Would you take that chance? (ABC News)
