What Time Is Good For Sitting Around Watching TV?
-
Research indicates that your body clock has certain patterns that make different tasks better suited to different times of the day. Example: Your cognitive skills are best in late morning. You're distractable most between noon and 4 pm. 2 pm would be a good time for a nap. Creativity peaks when you're tired in the evening. What does this mean for someone like me who starts work at 3 am and ends at about 9 pm? What tasks are best on THAT schedule? Doesn't say. (Wall Street Journal)
