Blacking Out The Browns Is Doing The Fans A Favor
-
A well-meaning Ohio legislator has proposed making it the law that Cincinnati Bengals and Cleveland Browns games be prevented from being blacked out on local TV if they're not sold out. The theory is that the public paid to build the stadia, so there shouldn't be blackouts. However, last time I checked, you are not constitutionally entitled to watch football, in person or on television. Maybe I missed something. (AP via WEWS-TV/Cleveland)
