Customer service doesn't come better than the Home Depot manager who listened to a couple's tale of woe -- they desperately needed a generator, because they lost power in the storm and their house was filling with water -- by letting them borrow his own. The store didn't have enough to sell and couldn't reserve one for the couple, so he just said they could use his. And they did. Above and beyond. (WJW-TV/Cleveland)
