It might be a little overreaching for the UCLA researcher in charge of this study to say that it's "easier than you think" for people to stave off Alzheimer's by getting more physical activity into their lives, but the study did show that more active people had more grey matter. And, really, most seniors have no reason NOT to get moving. So move. (NBC News)
