A bartender is facing charges for overserving, allegedly serving liquor to a stumbling, racial-slur-yelling drunk. Is it, and should it be, the responsibility of the server to determine who should or shouldn't be served? Is it the individual drinker's responsibility or not? (Houston Chronicle)
