Boston chefs are rallying around one of their own who went on Facebook to defend himself against a patron's online claim that the pumpkin pie at his restaurant tasted like vomit. The chefs, and, indeed, anyone else facing criticism online from "regular people," are upset that the criticism can be so rude. And, yeah, we're in a much, much ruder world now. Take the restaurant that closed in San Francisco that posted a letter on the door that in part blamed unfair Yelp reviews -- including a 1-star review based on the color of the servers' t-shirts, and others ripping them for food that the restaurant didn't even offer -- for their closing.
