Here's your AWWWWW moment of the day: A developmentally disabled boy saved up for a particular LEGO set, but by the time he got the $100 together, the set had been discontinued. So he wrote to the company, which sent back a reiteration: The set was no longer available. But they had a surprise for him, caught on video by his parents: They sent him the set, with a letter thanking him for his loyalty. And, so, you get an idea why LEGO is held in such high regard as a company. Have you gotten above-and-beyond treatment from a company? (I'll start: Zappos is one. Tastykake is another. You?)
