The cost of Obamacare is sometimes obvious and sometimes hidden. In the latter category, supermarket owners say that a proposal by the federal government to extend its restaurant food-labeling rule to prepared unpackaged food at grocery salad and food bars and bakeries would cost $1 billion in its first year alone, and would unfairly burden small stores while subjecting them to fines and even jail for violations. And, surely, it's a lot of work. On the other hand, is that information that should be readily available to consumers? Don't you want to know how many calories are in that salad you're scooping up so you know how much you should have? (Fox News)
