Plus, She Used To Be Famous, So There's That

You want to be outraged? Think about the sentence former "Melrose Place" actress Amy Locane got for killing a person in a DUI accident: three years in prison. New Jersey 101.5's Ray Rossi covers the situation well in this column, but let's recap: She drove at 3 TIMES the legal limit. She caused an accident. She killed a 60-year-old woman, a passenger in the other car. And the judge, because the defendant has kids (one with Crohn's disease), gave her a FIFTH of the maximum penalty. Hell, the MAXIMUM -- fifteen years -- seems light for killing someone. Should having kids be a Get A Light Sentence card? (WKXW (New Jersey 101.5)/Trenton)
