Everything You Know Is (And Continues To Be) Wrong: A study says that "good fats" -- unsaturated fats, ones heretofore considered "healthy" -- are bad for people with heart problems. Add this to the list of things they told you were good for you that aren't, as opposed to the equally long list of things that were bad for you that are now good for you. And remember this when people want to legislate based on medical studies -- wait long enough and conventional wisdom will do a 180. (Raleigh News and Observer via Philadelphia Inquirer)
