Hey, I Want A Checkmark, Too
-
It's hilarious that the parents of Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey have launched a hashtag campaign to get themselvesverified by Twitter, since the process by which Twitter verifies accounts is so inscrutable as to be almost random. You can't apply to be verified, and some famous people have the checkmark and others don't, while some not-so-famous people have 'em. How does Twitter do it? Maybe Jack's parents have the answer: bug them with hashtags. (ABC News)
