A study says that people, needing to carve out some time from their schedules to be healthier, will make time for a workout or preparing healthy food, but not both -- given the choice, they'll do the food prep and sacrifice the workout. And that's one of the biggest unaddressed problems in life: Despite all the things we have to make our jobs go faster, we've added so many duties and are so under pressure to produce that we have no time for anything. You have to force it, and you feel guilty about it no matter how many hours you actually work. It's never enough. (NBC News)
