You can argue over the idea that "corporations are people," but you can't dispute that corporations are made up OF people. And as such, it has to be difficult for companies to have to account for employees' whereabouts after a horror like the Marathon bombings. Several companies, including Dunkin' Donuts and New Balance, with stores on Boylston and employees running in the race, say everyone's present and accounted for, but imagine being the HR person charged with making those calls, especially if everyone ISN'T present and accounted for.
