One of the stories that broke in the final day of the Boston manhunt is that the FBI was warned about Tamerlan Tsarnaev in 2011, asked by a foreign government to check him out, and that they let him go in that he somehow fell off their radar. Do you think that they could have prevented what happened? Keep in mind that he had a clean record and they didn't uncover anything that would indicate he would do what he did, other then the fact that he had apparently gotten more radical in his religious beliefs. Should that be enough to trigger taking him home little more seriously? (Boston Globe)
