A standard complaint in Las Vegas is that cab drivers take unnecessarily circuitous routes from the airport to the Strip. Now comes a legislative audit saying that just last year alone, cabbies overcharged passengers $14.8 million. In an era when you have a GPS in your phone, you should not have a problem determining that the cabbie is taking you for a ride. (USA Today)
