He's Got Spirit, How 'Bout You?
-
A former high school basketball player in Minnesota has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting teammates, specifically for sticking his finger in the nether regions of a teammate while the team was in Minneapolis for a state tournament. He also allegedly dropped trou in an elevator in a parking garage and proceeded to jump on teammates' backs and hit them with his package. These were just a sample of the allegations. He'll get 30 days of jail and 10 years of probation. He and other players similarly accused say that it was all just the typical horseplay and hazing, and that the acts weren't sexual, but tell that to the victims. And if you're administering The Shocker, buddy, that IS sexual assault, and you have some issues you're not addressing. (Minneapolis Star-Tribune)
