I'll Have The Marathon With Extra Crunches

You're just getting used to seeing calorie counts on menus, right? How would you like to see the amount of exercise time you'd need to work off that dish on fast food menus? A study says that exercise times affect what people order more than calorie counts, according to a test. One menu listed calories, another listed how long you'd have to walk briskly to walk it off, and the third listed neither. The difference came in the comparison of the walking menu versus the nothing menu, which was a lot greater than the difference between the calorie menu and the nothing menu (when the walking and calorie menus were pitted against each other, it was even). Would you order less knowing how much you'd have to do to not gain weight from it? (CNN)
