It was probably not a wise decision for somebody at a Texas nail salon to tweet a racial insult about a customer who complained on Twitter. The shop owner has no explanation, and the reporter notes that other African-American customers were in the shop when the TV cameras came by, so there may be more to the story than first reported. Still, the topic here is how to respond when somebody rips you a new one on Twitter. If you own a business, and somebody complains, do you go out of your way to mollify them, do you defend yourself, or do you ignore it? (KPRC-TV/Houston)
