This column is about people who eat the same thing every day, like the same lunch, and there are various schools of thought as to whether that's a good idea. It could lead to an eating disorder, but then there are people who feel like taking all thought out of what to eat isn't a bad thing. In fact, there's some research that says that you'll eat fewer calories that way. Boring, yes, but if you don't want to obsess over what you eat, it might be better to just repeat the same thing every day. (Sydney Morning Herald)
