A study says that the later your stay up and the less you sleep, the more weight you gain because you'll eat more fatty food. Weird additional result: Black men were affected by sleep deprivation a lot more than black women and white men, and way more than white women. They don't know why. But the moral is, sleep earlier and more. Or eat less. Or both. (Today Show/NBC News)
