It's Not A Ticket, It's A Non-Transferable License To Sit
-
The Colorado Rockies have one of those deals that blocks ticketholders from reselling their tickets any place but on StubHub, from which the team gets a cut of the action. I understand the desire to cut scalpers out of the game, but if you legitimately buy a ticket, shouldn't you be able to do what you want with it? Why is it different from any other product you buy and can resell? (Except digital media, but you know all about those restrictions...) (Courthouse News Service)
