Whose fault is it when a 10-year-old boy tubing on a lake is killed by a drunk boater? The boy's family is suing the marina and lake operators, saying that they should have warned the family about the dangers of drunk boaters. If the area had a reputation for partying boaters and the management didn't do anything, should they be liable? How much is the boater's fault and how much is it the fault of people who might have addressed the problem before someone died? (Chicago Tribune)
