There's No Reason To Have To Interrupt That Game Of Candy Crush
-
How many times in recent years have they told us that the FAA is about to allow you to use your electronic devices all the time on airplanes, As long as you turn the cellular communication off? They're saying once again that the rules are about to be changed, which would let you use your Kindle or iPad or iPod during takeoff and landing. The biggest problem they have is that they've never proven that the devices actually interfere with aviation. You would think that by now, manufactures of cockpit devices would have figured out how to shield them from that kind of interference. Besides, if they're using iPads in the cockpit in place of flight manuals, and they can leave those on while they're taking off and landing, it stands to reason that using your own iPad back in coach isn't posing a problem for anyone.
