The 'Nut' Is Not For 'Nutrition'

Everybody loves Nutella, and parents probably think it's a wholesome, healthy snack for kids. Maybe it is, but it's full of an enormous amount of sugar. In two tablespoons of the stuff, you get FIVE TEASPOONS of sugar. You might as well serve candy bars. Or cake icing, which in some cases has fewer calories and less sugar spoon for spoon.
