Now, Williams-Sonoma has the Best Buy problem: They've become a showroom for online buying. People go there, check the merchandise, then buy it online from someone else, cheaper. And, well, if they want us to buy there, make the price competitive. If the difference is ten bucks or less, and I want it now, I'll buy it there. But if I can save more, too bad -- I'll order it online and wait. You don't want me to use your store to look at the items if I'm buying elsewhere? Drop the prices.
