How can you trust the news when even the Associated Press plans to slip sponsored content -- paid ads masquerading as articles -- into its news feeds on its apps and hosted websites? Sure, they'll be labeled as sponsored, but, in practice, at sites that already do this, the average person can't tell a post isn't legitimate. But news isn't a revenue growth business, so this is what we get. (Ad Age)
