As Long As You Don't Have To Go Back Because You Forgot Something In The Car

Imagine parking in one country to fly out of an airport in another country. That's exactly what's coming to San Diego, where private investors are building a pedestrian bridge across the U.S.-Mexican border to the Tijuana airport. Why? Simple: Flights in Mexico are a LOT cheaper than they are from U.S. airports. And the way it'll work is this: You park in the U.S., you walk on the bridge, border agents will check your passport and ticket (you'll need a ticket), and you're on your way. You can see that there might be some spots for trouble, but it still kinda makes sense, too. (New York Times)
