Fittest city in America, according to some survey or another? Minneapolis-St. Paul. That's two cities, actually, but you get the idea. Anyway, a cold-weather city being fit might be a surprise, and Washington being second and Boston third might also be unusual. In fact, the highest-ranking warm-weather town is San Diego at 16th (unless you count Austin at 10th). L.A. is not on the top 20 list. Baltimore and Pittsburgh are, which does not compute. The criteria include access to fresh food (farmer's markets). Clearly, they've never actually BEEN to Pittsburgh, where a Primanti's sandwich and an IC Light is health food.
