Home Is Where The Vote Is
-
This guy wants to be a Congressman. How bad does he want it? He plans to run in four states. Wait, can he do that? Yes -- the residency requirements don't say anything about primaries. He'll run in the primaries and then pick one of the races he wins (if he wins any) and as long as he's a resident upon election, he's in. Would you vote for someone who did that? Can someone who's not a real local represent your interests? (CNN)
