Did you see that a few former minor league ballplayers are suing over being paid too low? The pay is spectacularly low, about $3,000 to $7,500 per season, which amounts to lower than minimum wage, and you have to commit to that for up to seven years. Seems unfair, but, then again, the season's short, the revenues lower, and it's the apprenticeship before you make it to the majors. But should they pay more? (ABC News)
