What Part Of 'Personal' Is Unclear?
-
Florida is considering a law to ban employers from requiring employees or job applicants to turn over their Twitter user names and passwords. First, I can't think of a situation in which an employer has any right at all to a password for a personal social media account. As far as user names are concerned, can't the employer just use Google? Why are they demanding that stuff? (Orlando Sentinel)
