Regular Road Trips Are Rough. This Is Worse

Australians are apparently not pleased that Dodgers pitcher Zach Greinke said that there's "zero excitement" for the Dodgers-Diamondbacks two-game opening series in Sydney. But if you're a player, do you really want to haul all the way to Sydney -- a 16 million hour flight -- and play two games, then fly all the way back, play a couple more exhibition games, then start the season for a second time? And how disruptive will those flights be to their routines? Can you blame him for not wanting to go? (Los Angeles Times)
