Turns out that, according to a study of studies, cutting down on saturated fats in your diet and replacing them with polyunsaturated fat doesn't make a difference in your risk of heart disease. Still doesn't mean saturated fats are good for you -- they say you need to cut back. But total saturated fat didn't seem to make a difference. Trans fats, on the other hand, DO correspond to heart problems, so watch it. (BBC)
