High school football wasn't that big a deal at my school. Oh, it was popular, and the school won New Jersey state championships, I believe, before and after I was there, but it wasn't life and death. But in the South, it's bigger than life. And that's why schools like one in Atlanta use address fraud to collect top players whether they live in the district or not. In this case, they got caught, will have to forfeit their 2013 wins, and will be banned from the post-season in 2014. 14 of the 58 players were using fake addresses. Way to teach the kids what's really important. (WGCL-TV/Atlanta)
