Someone stole a 13-year-old's phone, but she knows what the guy looks like and where he is, because she installed an app that takes pictures and locations when the phone's been stolen. And so, they have his picture, and the addresses of places he's been. It's a matter of time before he's arrested. Now, if only the major carriers would agree to lock out stolen phones when reported, stealing them would be pointless. (That won't happen without a law change.) (WSB-TV/Atlanta)
