What's disturbing about this story of a guy who managed to skip out on charges of sexually assaulting a 10 year old boy isn't just that he spent 22 years on the run, but how easy it was to do so: He pleaded guilty, then never showed up for sentencing. He made up a social security number and name, got a driver's license, and was able to buy a house and guns and get a job driving a truck. It's that easy to get a driver's license? (KYW/Philadelphia)
