"Butt" DOES Describe The Company, Doesn't It?
-
A teenager created a parody of The North Face, the outdoor-gear manufacturer; his was called "The South Butt" with a reverse version of the North Face logo. And The North Face isn't laughing: the company threatened to sue for trademark infringement. All that did is make the kid's sales skyrocket. He has a good case, because you're allowed to sell a parody. And it's a parody.
