As Opposed To The Gas Companies, Who Don't Give Discounts
-
Cops say that robbers hit a Hess gas station near Philadelphia International Airport, and they were upset that the register didn't have much cash in it. So one of them put on a Hess shirt and posed as the clerk, and sold gas at a discount to anyone paying cash. This went on for up to three-and-a-half hours overnight. Clever. Also, the Hess stations don't have surveillance cameras, which is downright weird and foolhardy. (WTXF-TV/Philadelphia)
