This family probably should have done a thorough background check before hiring this live-in nanny, who, shortly after being hired, allegedly stopped working, claiming COPD, but allegedly refused to leave or quit and threatened to sue them. Turns out she has a long record of being a vexatious litigant, suing 36 times for various things. They can't get rid of her. What would you do with someone like that? (ABC News)
