Shower With A Friend

We're in a drought in California. We were asked to voluntarily conserve. We INCREASED water use. So now they're adding criminal liability and $500-per-day fines for things like washing sidewalks and driveways, using a hose without a nozzle to wash your car, and -- this is tricky for those of us whose lawns are a downward slope to the road -- sprinkling your lawn and allowing the water to run off into the street or gutter. Not sure how I can stop that. Also, we're going to be restricted as to how many days we can water the lawn. We can, however, wash poop off sidewalks, so there's that. This should be interesting.
